Got Toxic Fat??

There are numberous diets, diet pills, weight loss patches…..but do they really work??  Are they safe?? 

We know that one diet does not fit all….if it did, then there would not be any need to have numberous one available.  From low carb, high protein, low fat, count calories, glycemic index….etc. different people can have very different results on the same weight loss program.

Then you have cleansing.  From the lemonaide cleanse, liver cleanse, colon cleanse, colonix…..etc, the most important thing to remember is that all cleanses are NOT created equal.  I can’t stress that enough!!

With the right diet for you, you can lose weight…..but a lot of people go off of the diet program only to add their weight back and sometimes even more.

With an internal full body nutrient cleanse….you get rid of the toxins that are embedded into your fat cells and as a side benefit you lose fat, pounds and inches. 

If you are doing something that works for you, stop doing it and the results will reverse themselves.  Meaning go on a diet, do a cleanse……lose weight, then go off the diet or don’t cleanse regularly and the pounds will be back.  It has to be a lifestyle change…..not just a change for a week or a month for fast results.

How healthy you are depends on how healthy you eat, how you maintain your body, supplements you take……etc.  If you want better health, then take care of your body.
