BACA (Bikers Against Child Abuse), a national organization, was founded in Utah and are the keepers of the children. On weekly and monthly basis you will hear the sounds of their pipes in neighborhood’s in the Rocky Mountain regions and across the nation… that sends fear to the guilty but, empowers the victims of child abuse.
