Over the past 20+ years I have been a commercial real estate appraiser. Most of my career I worked for others. Finally, after 17 years, I left my last employer, having nothing to hold me back. No retirement account, no insurance benefits, no 401K, no paid vacations or days off. No benefits at all!  

Thinking that working for myself would be better, I agreed to open up shop with three incredible partners. 

Although I loved my partners and my new boss (me), and the environment we created, my own shop resulted in more stress, more time commitment, and not really that much more money for the time. Now my old employers didn’t own me, my own appraisal practice did. 

The prospect of network marketing and working from home always intrigued me, but was never given real consideration as a viable career.   Too much I didn't know.  A far cry from 20 year appraisal career.  And believe me I have had my doubts and setbacks along the way. How would an appraiser break out and become successful and savvy internet entrepreneur? 

Well I decided to do it, and am very glad I did.  Part time at first.  The biggest obstacle to overcome was myself.  I knew that I had the desire to help others achieve success and freedom, but was not sure what value I had to offer others outside of the appraisal environment.  

I have gone through a lot of trial and error, but here  I am, a growing and developing entrepreneur and Business Development Partner, helping others to do the same!    

 I am a husband of 26 years and a father of 4 young men (13 -21).  Through my entrepreneurial experience, my family and I are building a lifestyle most have resigned themselves to think is out of their reach. 

As a business development partner, my goal is enrich the lives of others setting out on their entrepreneurial journey . 

The marketing tools and website I and my teammates use are on the cutting edge of marketing savvy and technology, and now offer an existing mastermind group and those that are soon to be, a forum through which great inspiration, motivation, and education can be experienced and shared.
