More Great Resources & Ways to Save Money

Saturday, March 1st, 2008

Phone ServicesBeing a work from home business entrepreneur requires that you maximize your budget - both in time and money. Here are a couple of very cool ways to do that:

MagicJack - This is amazingly cool: Why ? Because it allows you to make normal telephone calls thru your computer for $40.00 (grand total) for the first YEAR! ($20.00 a year thereafter). Size: About the size of a box of Tic-Tacs. Ease of Use: Plug it in and two minutes later you’re talking. Requires Broadband internet connection.

bOKnow : bOK is a service that allows you to make long distance and international calls for ridiculously cheap prices (typically 10x lower than what your phone company will charge you). It’s very new.

SquareSpace: Squarespace is an exceptionally tuned publishing system for managing websites and blogs. Great for Bloggers, Small Businesses, Teachers, etc. An ‘elite solution’.

Some Help for Making Decisions

Thursday, January 24th, 2008

Duh, decisions are important. The only thing worse than a wrong decision is failing to make a decision at all.

I have a routine that I go through to make important decisions and I plan to delevop a software program to make it practical for other people at some point. Until that time I suggest you check out this website and a tool they call the ‘Decionizer’.

You’ll fill in some of the elements that are important in your decison and rate those elements in terms of importance. The Decisionizer then calculates it for you and shows you a graph of your likely best choices in order.

You can try it for yourself by clicking HERE.
