Do You Leverage The Power Of Teamwork?

Team Work

Lynette Chartier at Oak Hammock Marsh, Manitoba, Canada.

I have chosen to spend some time in nature to rejuvenate before I attempt another busy week. I am standing by marshes and there are geese and birds getting ready for their journey south.

Nature always provides me with great analogies and lessons, if I stop long enough to observe. One of the lessons that I am reminded of on my walk is the concept of teamwork.

These birds are not headed south on their own; they are doing so in groups. They each take their turn to lead. One by one, they support one another and there is a kind of encouragement.

Where do you, on your journey find your support and encouragement? Do you have a comfortable wing that you can climb under, and learn from, and grow with?

There are many coaches and programs out there that can help you get going on your journey, and provide you with valuable assistance. Join a team. The journey alone is truly harder; it is less fun, and certainly less effective.

Teamwork is really the way to go on your journey to success, fulfillment, and happiness.  All of the successful people I know have done so with a team.

They certainly did not do it by themselves. And with that said  if you go to http://www.inspiredprosperity.com you can claim your 7 day Free Trial and climb under a wing; be a part of the Inspired Prosperity community, and member of a team that can help you achieve your desired success.

Want To Discover Your Passion? Part 3

Wednesday, October 8th, 2008

“The true definition of Success is to be happy and fulfilled.”

The last couple of days we have looked at the question of passion…
#1.    Discover what you want.

#2.    Personify your passion – ask forgiveness for whatever way you have neglected your passion in the past, and move forward.
And today, #3 – Are you making time for your passion or are you letting your passion get distracted? Our culture has often focused on time management in order to get more things done. However there is something a lot more empowering than time management and that is management of your emotions. When I learned the latter my life became more productive and less busy.

If you can  get real honest with yourself and take time to sit and reflect on your pattern of  being and reacting… you will get clues as to how you handle your emotions. The more grounded you can be, and the more you can let go of the emotions that are no longer serving you -  such as feeling overwhelmed, regret, and impatience the more time and energy you will have to spend on your passion.

“The more intensely we feel about an idea or a goal, the more assuredly the idea, buried deep in our subconscious, will direct us along the path to its fulfillment.” Earl NIghtingale (more…)

Is Your Definition of Success Limited?

Sunday, September 21st, 2008

“Success is that feeling of inner peace and joy - that internal knowing that you are on your right path.”

Good day to you!

This past week, I have had two wonderful experiences. One reminded me of what makes for success and the other expanded my perspective on success.

Last weekend I spent time in Toronto, Canada attending the Canadian Health Food Trade show - where I was able to see some amazing new products coming to the market place. For instance -  Click here for Pure Fruit Technologies. These are products that will help us all enhance our state of well being.

I met many successful individuals at the trade show, all following their purpose and passion -  in making a difference in the field of human health.

In chatting with these folks, at their various booths,  I sensed some common characteristics among them. These individuals demonstrated the ability to focus on what matters, and to keep their eye on solutions rather than on the problems - both necessary in order to succeed in getting their product to market.

My second encounter with success was on Wednesday when I had the absolute pleasure and great privilege (more…)

Discover What Makes For Deeply Felt Happiness?

Friday, August 15th, 2008

Experiencing pleasurable moments and being truly happy are not synonymous in my mind.

There are many times in years gone by, where what I was experiencing at the moment was very pleasurable. I was spending time with people I love - I was outside with the sun shining brightly - I was eating my favorite foods  - I was walking along the beach and so on… You get the picture, as you have had those moments yourself. Yet, years ago, I was not always feeling happy on the inside, during those moments. There were occasions where I felt there was still something missing, though I could not necessarily describe that feeling or label the emotion.

With more observation and greater awareness, I come to see that there are many folks who have a life of pleasure - they are in a good position financially, they spend a lot of time in recreational activities, party a lot with friends, they go out to many events, yet they are not experiencing happiness.

On the other hand I have seen people who are not spending as much time in recreational activities, who are on purpose and doing work they love, who may have devoted their life to a cause that is dear to them. They get a lot done, are acknowledged in their particular field, yet they are not completely happy either.

So what is the secret to this feeling of happiness that we all seek? (more…)
