1. You will receive news about NetWeb Marketing from the main NetWeb administrative email address or occasionally by snail mail (U.S.P.S.).
2. You will be invited to participate in optional upcoming community events and conference calls.
3. You may benefit from the press releases, commercials, infomercials, and other marketing campaign that NetWeb Marketing Office may do on a monthly/yearly basis. This advertising is to be a bonus to You and Your specific website, and is in not mandatory on our part.
4 You will not violate the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 or any other applicable laws. If You do, NetWeb Marketing has the right to stop Your website, terminate Your membership, and prevent You from joining NetWeb Marketing in the future.
5. You will not cross-recruit by calling other NetWeb members about Your particular opportunity/services. If You do, NetWeb Marketing has the right to stop Your website, terminate Your membership, and prevent You from joining NetWeb Marketing in the future.
6. On Your website, there will be a hyperlink to the NetWeb Marketing Home Page.
7. On Your website, there will be a place where the NetWeb News will be displayed.
8. When using the Members Only Discussion Board, You must be aware of the choice of words You use. Profane language is not allowed. You will receive a warning, and if continued, NetWeb Marketing has the right to stop Your website, terminate Your membership, and prevent You from joining in the future.
9. Your credit card will be charged the day of your sign up and 30 days after the first date of Your sign up (Unless you pay a yearly subscription). This will be an on going monthly charge, unless You give us a 7-day notice prior to Your due date that You would like to cancel.
10. Once You cancel Your membership, the only way to reactivate is to go through the entire process again and pay the beginning activation fee applicable at that time.
11. You will have a 15-day “grace” period. In plain English, this means that if Your credit card or debit card payment is declined, invalidated, or otherwise electronic payment is not made, You will have 15 days to fix the problem. After 15 days, if the problem is not fixed, there will be a $15 reactivation fee plus whatever charges are pastdue, and both Your membership and website will be deactivated within 30 days from the time of payment delay. Once deactivated, the only way to reactivate your membership is to pay the original activation fee of applicable at that time. Summary: Fix your payment challenge within the 15 day grace period to prevent further challenges.
12. REFUND POLICY: Once your NetWeb Marketer website is created, you have FOURTEEN (14) calendar days from the date your website is created to request a refund at Success@NetWebMarketer.com After that date, no refunds will be made.
13. These terms and conditions may change from time to time. If such changes are made they will be effective immediately, and we will notify You by a notice posted on our website's home page of the changes that have been made. If You disagree with the changes that have been made, You should end Your membership and not use our website. We may terminate these terms and conditions of membership and use for any reason and at any time without notice to you.
14. If You are concerned about these terms and conditions of membership and use, You should read them each time before You use our website. Any questions or concerns should be brought to our attention by sending an e-mail to info (at) netwebmarketer.com (replacing the "(at)" with the "@" symbol and removing the spaces), and providing us with information relating to Your concern. 15. You agree that the laws of the State of Georgia govern these terms and conditions of membership and use without regard to conflicts of laws provisions.

You also agree that any dispute between You and us, excluding any intellectual property right infringement claims we pursue against you, shall be settled solely by confidential binding arbitration per the American Arbitration Association commercial arbitration rules. All claims must arbitrated on an individual basis, and cannot be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of anyone else. All arbitration must occur in Woodstock, Georgia, U.S.A.. Each party shall bear one half of the arbitration fees and costs incurred, and each party is responsible for its own lawyer fees.
17. You understand and agree that you will indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from your membership, use of our website, or your violation of these terms and conditions.
18. If any part of these terms and conditions of membership and use are determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that part shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of these terms and conditions are fully enforceable and legally binding.
19. THE INFORMATION ON OUR WEBSITE IS PROVIDED ON AN ''AS IS,'' ''AS AVAILABLE'' BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR MEMBERSHIP AND USE OF OUR WEBSITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
